Step 2. Understanding your quote
Buggs will send you a personalised quotation within a few hours.
When comparing your quotation please take into account the low cost of buggs accessories, like extra drivers, child seats, roof racks and insurance excess waiver. These are not always indicated on our competitors quotations and you may have a shock when asked to pay for these on collection of your car.
With buggs you make your choice of extras and your preferred level of insurance risk prior to booking, no hard pressure sell when collecting the car.
Your quotation price will be valid for 48hrs, we work on a first come basis when reserving cars, so do not hesitate to avoid disappointment.
We respond immediately to every request, if you have not received a reply, please contact us again, (as a number of problems can occur in the emailing process) or telphone us during business hours.
Step 3. Accepting your Quote
To accept our proposal go to the "accept your buggs quote" section on the website and complete the form.
This form will give us all the details we require to complete your rental agreement, do not worry if you do not have all the information at hand,
you can always send them to us later.
Step 4. Reserving your Car
Buggs will confirm receipt of your booking and confirm we have allocated your car.
Step 5. Payment
Buggs will then telephone you to take payment details and confirm your booking details.
Your booking is complete when payment has been made.
Step 6. Confirmation
After payment has been made, Buggs will then email you a booking confirmation for you to check.
Your car hire is now fully guaranteed, unlike other hire car websites.
