The following should answer any questions you may have regarding the collection and return of your car

 

Meeting the Buggs representative at Bergerac Airport

 

Bergerac is a very small airport with only a few flights a day. There is only one arrivals hall with one exit. A Buggs representative will be standing at the exit with a Buggs sign. Introduce yourself to him/her and they will take you to your car.

 

Check, Sign and Go

 

At the car please have the driving licences of the relevant drivers available to check off.

 

The representative will confirm the condition of the car, the fuel situation and the return meeting time and place.

 

There will be no attempt to sell you any add-on packages.

 

Just sign the form and on your way.

 

This process will take no more than 10-15 minutes.

 

Returning your car to Bergerac Airport

 

On collection of the car you will have already been shown the return meeting place and agreed a return time suitable for your return flight.

 

A Buggs representative will personally meet you when you return.

 

Assuming the car is returned in the correct condition with correct fuel levels just sign off the return section of the agreement and hire is complete.

 

Collection and return from other locations

 

Buggs can arrange to deliver and collect from other local locations.

 

Specify this when requesting a quotation. Please try and give the postal code with the adress so we can include the costs within your quotation.

 

Delivery and collection costs are based from the airport where the cars are located.
